🎯 Job Description

We are looking for a positive-minded and hands-on Account Manager to join our awesome team. Are you our new colleague?

  • Your previous experience allows you to settle in quickly and establish a well-founded client strategy.

  • Your passion for video(-making) ensures that you easily spot opportunities with both new and existing clients.

  • Servicing the client is key: you build long-term partnerships with clients and you know exactly how to further develop those client relations by up- and cross-selling.

  • You are solution-minded and your first question is always: how can the client’s business benefit from StoryMe’s videos?

  • Thanks to your close cooperation with the project management and creative team you are constantly up to speed with the internal processes (in which you are closely involved from A-Z).

  • You know your way around figures and budget management holds no secrets for you. You strictly monitor the follow-up of this.

  • You are responsible for your own agenda and appointments. Being able to prioritize and self-organize is essential.

Job requirements

🚀 Skills & Experience

  • You have relevant experience in a commercial role in the advertising or communications industry

  • Knowledge of or keen interest in video production and/or video (marketing) is a must

  • You are a proactive relationship builder who believes anything is possible

  • You have business acumen and a strategic mind

  • Excellent time management and self-organization skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, English and French

  • Last, but not least: others call you an authentic people-oriented colleague who loves working in a team
