🎯  Job Description

  • You’ll be in charge of all HR administrative matters, such as Onboarding, Sickness and, health insurance documents, matters relating to telework,,...

  • You are in charge of reviewing the timesheets (overtime, holidays,...) and the preparation of the monthly payment

  • You will manage all recruitment processes (write job descriptions, ensure first screenings, interviewing, etc.

  • You will manage all office management matters (Ordering office supplies, Coffee, Focal contact point for Dok Noord,...)

  • You will also be our new Happiness Officer, which means you will ensure the wellbeing of our employees. You’ll listen to them, you are someone to talk to, you’ll celebrate birthdays, special events (eg. Christmas), goodbye moments etc.

  • Last but not least: you’ll organize nice team buildings, company events and parties,...

  • We are looking for someone who has excellent organizational skills

  • You also have a great EQ!

  • You’re soft skills are your best assets

  • You’re empathic but pragmatic

  • You have excellent communication skills!

  • Employees will see in you a person they can trust!

  • You make yourself available for the health and wellbeing of our employees

  • You have experience in Recruitment and/or in Office management

  • You are eager to learn and you are proactive!!

  • You have minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant function

  • You speak fluently Dutch and English (French is a plus)

  • You will benefit from a training regarding all processes and procedures
