🚀 Skills & Experience

  • It's your job as a full-time Creative Brand Strategist to develop solid video strategies and creative concepts that fit our clients' needs for awesome and impactful video projects and campaigns.

  • You work closely together with the account management team and the creative production team to analyze clients’ requests, challenge their briefings and answer them with very concrete strategic creative proposals.

  • You understand the power of video in both a B2B and a B2C setting, are able to build a clear strategy, present it to the client and convince them of your expertise.

  • You’re multi-skilled and not afraid of conceptual thinking, making stunning decks, pitching and presenting strong concepts for social media campaigns, web, promotional, corporate videos and more.

  • You ask the right questions, provide clear answers and solutions regarding video branding, marketing and distribution, and you come up with relevant video flows, formats and CTA’s to guide the client through their decisions.

  • Experience in video, film, motion design and compelling storytelling is a must.

  • You love both micro-form as long-form video content and have an eye for details and greatness in execution of a concept.

  • Candidates must be highly motivated and flexible with the ability to take initiative, work independently, but you also know that working as a team gets you further.

  • The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with a strong background in video communication strategy, concepting and ideation.

  • You are a lover of culture and creativity across all forms of media and want to join forces with a lot of crazy creative colleagues.

  • The ability to work quickly and efficiently as part of a team, take direction, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure is essential.

  • You are looking to work in a collaborative environment with experts that will help to translate your strategies and concepts to the next level.

  • You are a real people person with great interpersonal and communication skills. (English, Dutch and French).
